This Corporation was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in the year 1980 with an authorized capital of Rs. 5 crores. The subscribed and paid-up capital of the Corporation as on date is Rs 2.5 crores which has been paid by the State Government. The Corporation started functioning from the financial year 1982 – 1983.
